I’ve created a simple and healthy peanut butter yogurt fruit dip that is definitely kid-friendly!
Also, check out how to get free books for you and a local school just by shopping for some favorite foods at your local Sam’s Club.
Early this summer JP noticed a few neighborhood kids reading outside and he became fascinated by the idea.
I thought it was a great activity which really needed no convincing for my oldest two kids to try it themselves.
And no surprise, I made a simple yet healthy peanut butter yogurt fruit dip to go along with these fun reading sessions.
It’s no secret I love shopping at Sam’s Club®, especially since they not only have a ton of variety, but nutritious food too! I typically stock up on foods like JIF Peanut Butter, 40 oz twin pack (a household favorite), especially during the school year since JP loves to make himself traditional peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
Even better news is when I discovered you can get free Scholastic books (one for yourself and one to donate to a local school) when you buy any participating Kellogg’s® or J.M. Smucker product at Sam’s Club® like JIF Peanut Butter.
Products must be purchased now through 9/30/16, while supplies last! They have over 80 full-length Scholastic titles to choose from for beginning readers to teens!
Redeem your free books in 3 easy steps!
1. Buy any participating Kellogg’s or The J.M. Smucker Company product by 9/30/2016.
2. Upload your receipt at FreeBookOffer.com/Sams within 30 days of purchase.
3. Redeem for your free Scholastic book and one book will be donated to a local classroom as well!
My kids love when I make homemade snacks, especially when it comes with dippers!
So this dip was a huge hit, especially since I added Rice Krispie Treats as dippers.
Dietitian’s Dish
Not only are nutritional and physical health important in regards to my children, but also their mental health such as the desire and motivation to learn.
That’s why I love this Scholastic book offer through Sam’s Club. My kids love any time they get new books and will read them over and over again.
And of course, this healthy dip was a great combo. With Greek yogurt and peanut butter, this dip contains a healthy amount of protein and fats and is quite satisfying.
