These Simple & Healthy One Pan Dinners all include a protein, vegetables and only one pan needed which means easy clean up! They are all created by registered dietitians so you’re not only getting tasty meals but nutritious too!
Yes I’ve jumped on the “one-pan” or “sheet-pan” trend and I’m loving it. If you didn’t know it was a thing, don’t worry I’m usually very late to the current trends too. And I don’t always follow them if they don’t line up with my nutritional standards or ideals. However, I am all for making cooking healthy yet simple, because I’m NOT a fan of spending much time in the kitchen!
This round up includes meals with chicken, seafood and sausage all paired with one or more kinds of vegetables. As you’ll see, the possibilities are endless when it comes to one pan meals. Any time I’m at a loss as to what to make for dinner I’ll typically think about what vegetables and protein I have on hand to create some sort of one pan meal. It really is easier than you may think since typically there is little prepping required, a few spices and a dressing or sauce required.
