These Slow Cooker Honey Mustard Pulled Pork Sliders contain only 5 ingredients and can be put together before work and easily ready by dinner time.
When I’ve been a stay at home mom or a work from home mom, week days and weekends blur together.
However, now that I’m working outside of the home on top of my other two jobs, I REALLY look forward to Friday and the weekend.
With my current job, I’m not working Fridays, so it’s a great day to play catch up from the busy week, prep recipes, and just breath.
Of course, things don’t always go as planned. Like when you have a ton of blogging catch-up to do and the day you plan to do it your kids have a snow day!
Thankfully I have awesome parents who offered to watch the kiddos so I could do some much needed blogging work.
Now during the week, I do NOT have much time to prep meals. So recipes like this one come in so handy.
To be honest, I have yet to put food in the slow cooker before I leave for work. However, almost every weekend I make a slow cooker recipe in the morning. I also prep a few more recipes throughout the day to be ready for the busy week.
Months ago I found a new-to-me kind of barbecue sauce. It’s a Kroger brand mustard barbecue sauce. The label states it’s “tangy, sweet & spicy with a snap of mustard” and is “Great on Pork.”
So obviously I tried it with pork! And I’m sure that comes as no surprise since I’m a bit obsessed with slow cooker pork as evidenced by the variety of pork recipes I have here on Chocolate Slopes.

And because I’m not making any complicated recipes for quite some time, this recipe only contains 5 ingredients (7 if you count salt and pepper).
I also made a tangy honey mustard coleslaw to go along with it. And the combo definitely makes the meal!
