Ingredients

dates, pitted

almonds, unsalted

medium apple, finely chopped
1
cup
old fashioned oats
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1/4
cup
honey
Optional

teaspoon
cinnamon
3
tablespoons
white granulated sugar
Instructions
Place the first 3 ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend for about 5 seconds or until ingredients are evenly chopped.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Remove from refrigerator and form into 1-inch balls.
Optional: combine 1 teaspoon cinnamon with 3tablespoons sugar and roll each ball into cinnamon sugar mix.
Keep sealed in a container in refrigerator.
