maple syrup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Add paper muffin cups to muffin pan.
In a medium-size bowl, combine milk, maple syrup, canola oil, brown sugar, oats, eggs and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Evenly distribute mixture into 12 paper muffin cups.
Bake for 18-22 minutes or until muffins are golden brown.
