Brussels sprouts, cut into halves

garlic powder

teaspoon
dried thyme leaves

tablespoon
maple syrup
salt and black pepper to taste
olive oil (to coat pan)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a rimmed baking pan with olive oil (I use the Misto sprayer).
Place Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the pan.
Sprinkle seasonings over Brussels sprouts.
Cook for 20-25 minutes or until Brussels sprouts are darkened.
Place Brussels sprouts and maple syrup in a bowl, stir gently.
