Vanilla Almond Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup Simply Pure® Creamer vanilla
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 banana mashed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325ºF.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Scoop dough the size of about 2 tablespoons each onto a baking sheet. Flatten dough with hand.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes or until cookies are golden brown.
