15 ounce can pumpkin puree

brown sugar

white granulated sugar

eggs

maple syrup

cup
white whole wheat flour

all purpose flour

teaspoons
pumpkin pie spice

teaspoon
baking powder

teaspoon
baking soda
1/4
teaspoon
salt

chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl whisk together pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs and maple syrup.
Stir in flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add chocolate chips and stir just until mixed.
Bake for 50-55 minutes or until bread is set and knife comes out clean.
Notes
I also use this recipe to make mini muffins (24 count). To do so, prepare them the same way and bake them at 350F for 20 minutes.
